To fulfill our mission, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Retail Allocator to join our Team 🚀

As a Retail Allocator, you will play a critical role in optimizing inventory allocation and maximizing sales opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate new product assortments to retail stores utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies.
• Ensure proper inventory levels in retail stores. Create weekly replenishment orders based on detailed analysis of POS data and inventory availability.
• Support the in-season controlling team to ensure efficient execution of commercial strategies. 
• Perform sales, inventory and product performance analysis to identify commercial opportunities and challenges.
• Closely monitor product performance and propose corrective actions when necessary. necessary.
• Maintain fluid communication with retail and operations teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management on business performance and market trends.

What will make you succeed with us?

• 1-2 years of experience in retail allocation, inventory management, or related roles.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Passion for retail and a strong customer focus.
