To fulfill our mission, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator to join our team 🚀.

As a sponsorship coordinator, your duties include finding potential sponsors and concluding partnerships for Nude Project, focusing on our events and brand podcasts.

You are responsible for deciding which companies to partner with and what type of partnership to develop. After negotiating the details of the contract, you are required to control and supervise the progress of the associations.

Defining partnership strategies and taking into account the needs and objectives of the company is a key responsibility for the person we are looking for to join our team. Having a clear understanding of the market, competition and trends is also a significant part of this role.

As a Sponsorship Coordinator you must excel as a negotiator, ensuring long term relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of current and new partnerships for our events and podcasts. 
• Search for new sponsorship opportunities.
• Defining partnership strategies, identifying the strengths of its sponsors.
• Implementing an effective strategy to optimize the performance of collaborations.
• Negotiating a contract that is beneficial to our Team.
• Finding creative solutions to ensure the interests of both parties.
• Analysis of strategy performance.
• Enhancement of the brand image and improvement of its visibility.

What will make you succeed with us?

• +5 year experience in a similar role.
• Fluency when speaking in English and Spanish.
• A "Thinking outside the box" attitude.
• Being an excellent negotiator.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
